Rambo Radish, Micro Green | Sold Live (4x6 inch grow mat)

Our Micro Radish has a sweet, spicy, peppery flavor, and is zestier than most micro greens. This micro green takes on similar flavors to horseradish.

The Micro Radish we currently grow is a rich source of ascorbic and folic acid, potassium, vitamin B6, riboflavin, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, selenium, and calcium.

Keep refrigerated at all times attached to the grow mat until ready for use. (39˚- 41˚F) Expires 21 days after pack date while attached to grow mat and stored within “Greenhouse” packaging (closed clamshell or box & liner). Prior to consumption, the customer must cut green off grow mat and flash rinse commodity. (Ice Water Bath/Air Dry)
