Our Shungiku produces succulent-textured green leaves that deliver a unique and pungent flavor of chrysanthemum. This Japanese leafy green can be used in a variety of different dishes to add a depth of flavor. It has a fragrant and bittersweet taste that makes it a unique and a perfect ingredient for many dishes, salads, and as a garnish.

Keep refrigerated at all times attached to root pod until ready for use. (39˚- 41˚F) Expires 21 days after pack date while attached to root pod and stored within “Greenhouse” packaging (closed clamshell or box & liner). Prior to consumption, the customer must cut off root pod and wash/rinse commodity.
