A member of the mint family, our Purple Shiso has a crisp texture and offers an herbaceous flavor that is similar to cinnamon with bitter spice-like notes.

Keep refrigerated at all times attached to root pod until ready for use. (39˚- 41˚F) Expires 21 days after pack date while attached to root pod and stored within “Greenhouse” packaging (closed clamshell or box & liner). Prior to consumption, the customer must cut off root pod and wash/rinse commodity.
